Any plans for a complete revamp of the o2 mobile data plans?
As it stands they are extremely uncompetitive when compared with superior networks, and can only be described as a complete rip-off
Compare £15.99 for 15GB of data on 3 with o2's miserly 2GB of data for £15
Something is very wrong

I take it, then, that o2 have no plans to adjust their price plans. Thanks.
We are O2 Customers therefore will not have any future knowledge of o2's plans.
Sorry.

Would you ever be tempted to upgrade to a 4g ,and lose unlimited ?
I'd need to wait till March when GiffGaff make there 4G annoucment.
I'd also need a 4G phone ( waiting to see the next Sony Xperia launched )
Plus anyway i'd have to wait for O2 to upgrade the local masts to 4G.

I've been tempted by giffgaff in the past but a few of my friends and my daughter are on this and keep experiencing dropped calls, No Service and lagged internet which has put me off.
I loved using the Sony Xpria Z and would easily have that or the Z1 as a secondary phone.
I'm lucky enough to live in a City both with 4G signal and City Centre wide free Wifi. I hope yours comes about quickly. The speeds are amazing.

Morning Bambino,
My daughter uses giffgaff.
We were both sat in my home and accesssed the same internet page and hers failed while mine on o2 went through ok. Not everytime I must add.
Ive done this at my house and hers.
We then visited a coffee shop in our City Centre some days after.
The same happened again but not every time but enough to make me have second thoughts.
She has swapped out her sim card just incase it was causing the issue, and tried her sims in other makes of phone.
Occasionally she gets No service yet the O2 service status is showing fine.
I've spoken to a coiple of friends who are also on Giffgaff and they report similar instances and lag on the internet.
Recently her service was none existant yet mine was stable.
Its weird but in our case is happening.
I'm wondering if somehow o2 customers get priority over Giffgaff Customers {probably not}
