Hi @Mobile-Data
You need to call O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
0800 587 4005 is currently the best one to call.

Do you have an android phone?
You may have put on a cap on the data usage in your settings on your phone.
Go into Settings - Connections - Data Usage - Billing cycle and data warning - Check if you have set a data limit. ( the menu may be different depending on your phone type).
Change the limit to 7GB. You dont actually need this on as you cannot exceed your data with o2. It will just stop working when you hit your limit however you will get a warning at 80%..
