Why I can't sent and receive MMS? To view received MMS i need log in to o2 inbox?

Have you got MMS provisioned on your phone? Check in your phone's settings.

Have you got mobile data turned on?

Not sure why you want to send MMS anyway as it's outdated and expensive.

You can use Whatsapp or Messenger which are free to use over Wifi.

Make sure you turn wifi off to send and receive mms.

If above doesnt work you will need to call o2 and ask them to check if your number is provisioned to use mms. It should be by default but also check your spend cap as you wont be able to send mms if your spend cap is zero as mms are chargeable.
