I have not used it lately and came use it today won't work. I know all settings are correct payandgo.o2.co.uk. I gave sent message to 1010 got a picture back from o2. But I just can't send this seem to happen since upgraded firmware?

Which upgraded firmware? Which phone are you using?

Am using iPhone 3GS on 3.1.3 which is the latest firmware

after changing the apns can you acces the internet?

If yes then I would ring customer services and check the mms provisioning is correct as you have also done the 1010

I am hard of hearing and I have emailed them and they take ages to get in touch. Just wish there are o2 people on here to help to speed things up.. Yes can access internet no trouble

Ok one last thing do a reset of network settings and change all the apns again and before doing anything turn the iphone off then on

Done all that and still a no no cant understand this at all if i could send before why not now??? surely they wont of altered any settings on my account? How can i recieve the one from o2 but cant send to anyone?

One last thing I am going to do is Restore my iPhone through itune

Restored my iPhone through itune... Updated network settings etc and now i can send mms
