Anyone else noticed that their mms messages have increased by almost double since February? Called O2 Monday to try and work out why my bills had suddenly increased over last 2 months, not a mention of the mms increase.

Hi Alyh

Sadly no I am not a mod. I am a customer just like you 😆

As @MI5 has stated above (and like EE's website) the charges ate clearly advertised. There was lots in the press about it in February as well.

Yes but I shouldn't have to be trawling the O2 website or checking the press on a regular basis to make sure my prices haven't gone up!

I confirm I received an email in February. Have you changed your email address perhaps since you signed up to o2 given you have been a customer for years?

That is similar to saying "Why aren't all contracts equal" and "Why aren't all phones the same price"....

MMS are underused these days due to the many alternatives and the MMS bolt on is stil available at the old pre price increase rate if anyone is determined to use them still.....

I understand there is a bolt on but the point im making is why do payg get them for nearly half the price of customers who have signed up to stay with o2 and they know will be a source of income for some time there is no logic in that
