I renegotiated my overpriced contract but have not received confirmation or a new contract. Why is this community area the only place we can communicate|? does anything get solved here?

Nobody here works for O2, @SpencerK - and that includes the forum Managers too. We have O2 Advisors, who give a few hours of their day, on rotating shifts, who can be tagged in to a thread, when needed - do you feel you would like to work with one of these Advisors, via the Forum PM (envelope icon top right) system, @SpencerK?
