Hello . I should receive my parcel 15.12.23 . Status is delivered but I didn't receive this parcel . I try sort this out already 3 days . I calling DHL and O2 customer service. No one want to help me ...

Ok . I wanna cancel this contract and move my number to another provider. Can I do it without getting any financial penalty? Never again o2

If O2 have said that a parcel - presumably containing a handset - was delivered to you, they are going to want paying for it ; it might not be a "financial penalty" but you will owe them money.  

 

Unfortunately, I don't think you have any option but to try to establish what happened to the missing parcel.

I don't think that Citizens Advice will be able to sort this out for you.

 

You have been told how to contact O2 by both @gmarkj and I already in this thread. Only O2 can resolve the issue for you.
