Hi - I recently transferred my O2 PAYG number to my new O2 Pay Monthly account. I understood the money in the PAYG account would be transferred also. I cannot see any evidence of that happening. How do I get my money back?

@BigEars

If your Pay As You Go balance is under £350, it will be transferred to your Pay Monthly account when you receive your second bill. If you're entitled to a loyalty bonus, up to £550, we'll add credit to your fourth bill.

Thanks MI5 - much appreciated. After all these years, you’d think I’d have learnt to read the small print. Missed the “second bill” bit.
