I'm pay and go. I bought an offer threw my phone for a game that was £1 and I've a checked on Google play that it says that's all I was charged but another £10 was taken at the same time. Is there a way for me to get an itemised bill so I can find out who stole the money? So I can try getting it back thanks in advance

Hi @Jayson

Have a look at this help guide https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...

Obviously signing up for this game, had something in the small print which made it a long term commitment

You need to get in touch with the company and ask to be unsubscribed and tell them you want a refund.

To get details of calls etc, other than checking your call logs you would need to request a SAR (Subject Request Form) which would cost you

It's obviously a subscription now. You need to get it stopped otherwise they will be billing you every month. Whats the name of the company?

The only way to get an itemised list of charges would be to apply for one by completing a SAR form which costs you £10 so its far better to just call customer service or use live chat to see what they can tell you about where your credit has gone. It's 4445 from your mobile.

Scopley! it's the walking dead road to survival game it was a £1 offer to buy items no subscription. I have contacted there support which is very slow and send copy paste replys most times. There is no charge for the £10 on Google play where I can see the charges for the £1. This is why I was hoping there was a way to see where payments went out on a bill o2 side.

@Jayson  These are the details for Scopely

Contact details here. You can email them

Is this the game you were talking about? There doesn't appear to be an offer advertised?

Depends on where in the US they're based, @Cleoriff. 2 pm UK time is 9 am on the East Coast, but 6 am on the West Coast.
