Missing balance

Top up 5 days ago 10 and I was 14 balance. Did not do any phone calls or 3g and now I have 3.70. Can anyone tell me what to do and where to call?

What phone do you have? Do you have your Mobile Data switched on all the time? If so, it may be updating your apps in the background without you knowing. Switch off your Mobile Data and use WiFi to update your apps.
