Missing PAYG balance.

I recently moved from o2 PAYG to o2 Pay Monthly and now the money that was on my PAYG account seems to have disappeared. It was a large amount, so where has it gone ?

Did you ask O2 if they could transfer the balance on your old PAYG account to your new Pay Monthly account, @Bri1014? Only they can do that, so call them on 202 around 8am this morning and follow up with them, @Bri1014

Did you 'phone 202, and if so, how did you get on ? 

You say that there was a "large" balance on your PAYG account - how much was "large" ? 

I believe that there is a limit of £350 that can be transferred in such circumstances.  However, I don't know what happens if your balance exceeds that figure - not sure if the transfer cannot go ahead or if £350 is transferred and you lose the remainder ?
