I placed an order for a new iPad on 01/04/2022, the initial part all went through smoothly and it was handed over to DHL for delivery for 04/04/2022.


Subsequently after live chatting and calling O2, I was provided with a number for DHL to get more information. Spoke to a DHL customer service agent and was advised that the parcel is supposed to be scanned every day and that as they only have a scan of them receiving the item it has more than likely got lost, and that I need to get O2 to contact them.

 

All O2 staff are being really unhelpful with regards to getting this resolved and I am in limbo as a £2000 iPad is nowhere to be seen and O2 seemingly don’t care that it’s not been delivered to me!

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

@MI5 Thanks very much for reply. I have tried calling and tweeted and still have nothing resolved. Each member of staff tells me something different. I will just keep making noise until I get what I ordered as I can prove that I never got it. Just very frustrating as I feel like they are making out I’m the one in the wrong. Todays call was epic, some brainiac within customer service suggested I get DHL to send me a new iPad…

Good luck, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a next day delivery on an iPhone and had the vaguest responses when the calls don’t drop. 

The web chat is great if you’re lonely but rubbish if you need to get something sorted.
