Hi guys.
Due to the pandemic currently happening and me being off work on furlough I stupidly missed a payment on my O2 account and have been old I'm being disconnected in the next few days if payment isn't made.
I have since made the payment this morning so my balance is now all up to date.
However my O2 refresh is due in 2 months time (at the 6 month point) I'm just wondering if this will affect my ability to upgrade with an O2 refresh. Would another credit check be required due to my late payment ?
Or a deposit etc. Or would I flat out be declined for the refresh?
Just wondering how it works will this missed payment be a black marker on my O2 account now? Affecting my ability to upgrade?
Thanks

Hi @JamieLeeWV
It depends how much leeway O2 allow people once this pandemic is over.
The fact you missed a payment will be on your record but we have no way of knowing how O2 will deal with it.

Usually yes it would effect your option to upgrade.
All you can do is try and see what happens.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
