Mis sold tariff

On o2 chat early Feb 2018, around the 3rd, I was offered a sim only tariff of 10gb data unlimited text unlimited calls for £17 a month, I thought this was a great deal so agreed to it. Now my tariff charge reads £30 per month!

Hi @Anonymous You will have bought a promotional tariff. It will always show the full amount though you will only be charged the discount price when you are billed

Don't worry @Anonymous it's perfectly normal as O2 need to show  the original tariff before discount for accountancy purposes. You will see the discounted tariff once the bill has been produced.
