Minus on latest bill

I got an upgrade but my latest bill for my old phone shows -£58 and asking me to make a payment but it wont show me how, does this mean i owe them or they owe me? Ive also been asked to make a payment on my new plan

If there is a minus in front of the amount, this means you are in credit.

Have you set up a direct debit to pay your new upgrade|?

I have set up a new direct debit but i cancelled my old one, shall i just phone up tomorrow?
