Migrating number

I am trying to migrate my number from my old phone contract and have filled in the online form. Nothing has happened yet and i havent has any emails. Its been over 24 hours. I am currently paying for 2 contracts and would like to get this sorted as soon as possisble but the phone lines are unavailable. Does anyone know if i should receive an email confimation or anything?

You usually receive a confirmation that the transfer request has been received. I would initially try re-submitting the online form, otherwise the only option is to persevere on the phone lines until you reach customer service.

You can't migrate a number online. There's no form for that.
You must call to do it.
