Can someone please tell me why it is taking a week to migrate my old number across to this new contract, both contracts are with you?

If you have referred the matter to O2's complaints team, you might also want to involve Resolver :-

They have a reputation for facilitating acceptable outcomes. The only drawback with Resolver is that you might receive "spam" from them subsequently.

I am also having this problem! Such a pain & you would think it was a simple thing to do.
Any luck with it being sorted for you yet?
