Migrating my old number to my new contract

Can someone please tell me why it is taking a week to migrate my old number across to this new contract, both contracts are with you?

Their phone lines are not working at the moment. I’ve emailed their complaints department.

If you have referred the matter to O2's complaints team, you might also want to involve Resolver :-

They have a reputation for facilitating acceptable outcomes. The only drawback with Resolver is that you might receive "spam" from them subsequently.

I am also having this problem! Such a pain & you would think it was a simple thing to do.
