Solved: Might be being overcharged??

joined o2 simplicity unlimited calls an txts with internet bolt on which sed it was free and i hardly use it, the bill is supposed to be £20 a month but im being charged 24 which has messed up other bills an made me go overdrawn just because of the £4 difference, read somewere i might be because being chared a little extra first couple of months but if so i could have done with that info before 😕

bill in month 1 is normal contract price plus the few days it took to set it up and send out the first invoice. you should have had 14 days to check this in my o2 and arrange for the extra to be in the bank on your due date.

All future bills will be monthly fee in advance plus any chargeable calls, info in myo2

Some call will still be chargeable (0800, 0845 etc). Check that you are only calling UK mobile or non geographic landlines.....
