Microsoft charge to my mobile number

I have a recurring charge of £10.74 from microsoft directly to my mobile contracts bill. I can no longer access the microsoft account to cancel the subscription and i cannot get through to anybody to get it cancelled from O2 either. been trying for 2 months now. how can I cancel an additional recurring payment on my phone bill?

I've just been speaking to them for an hour and got nowhere. Do you know if there is a way to cancel payments from O2's end?

Have you attempted a reset on Microsoft's support site using your phone number?

Ask O2 to place a charge to Mobile bar on your account.
