One seems to have sent now. I hvea new Samusng a50 and at the moment and have 2 sim cards in it waiting for something to be done somewhere!

You should be able to select the preferences for sending texts, making calls and using data on a dual sim phone in the settings. Check both sims are correctly fitted and active. Reboot the phone too.
Also check you have the correct O2 message centre number in text settings
