Hi,

I have a S10 (personal) and a A50 (works phone) that will not allow me to merge calls - I can call one number, add a second but thenit will not let me merge them into one call?

My wife has an Iphone on O2 network and her's works perfectly - I'm guessing its a setting thing but the more I search the internet the more information I'm getting - none of which seems to work??

Any ideas?

Some accounts require it to be set up by customer services first.

Thanks - I did wonder if I needed to speak to customer services.......there's problem 2 - getting hold of them right now - after a hour of being on hold, I was disconnected as my call wasn't classed as urgent!!
