Merge phones

I am trying to merge my daughters phone with mine. We both have o2 accounts and her monthly cost comes out of my bank account. Unfortunately I never know from month to month what her bill will be. I have an on-line account and would like to view her usage. I have spent hours on the on line chat option, I have visited an O2 shop but to no avail. Any help greatly appreciated

I'm surprised live chat didn't know the answer to that one - You will, of course, need to the log in details of your daughters account in order to link them, but I suggest you call CS to get those if you don't have them?
