I've followed all advised steps and contacted 02 by phone customer service operative really didn't speak enough English to actully understand my concerns. Just kept telling me not to answer 0800 or 0900 numbers.
Also I've use the live chat option 3 times now and been assured my account was being checked by the security team ect. Then on the last bill I have a another charge or £58 saying its carried over as was unpaid previous month. I sent the the text 02 sent my that month confirming it was paid in full ect. Was assured they would get it sorted and contact me within week to confirm they had sorted my account. 3 weeks on nothing.

I give up.

apparently (tho there is no sign of number in logs on my phone) This number called me and Ive been charged over £25 in call charges.??? Anyone have any ideas what his is? That was last post in May about it

Done on the 3rd attempt to get them to sort it. Emailed a formal complaint got a we are looking into these issues and will get back to you

Looks like a premium number but I can't find anything about this number.

I have checked all google links and as @jonsie says there is nothing showing for it at all..

Yeah its a premium number alright. The charges of £28 altogether are for a call it supposedly made to my mobile at 04.30 at night while my phone was on standby, charging and I wAs fast asleep upstairs. There's is/has never been any log of this number on my actual phone calling/missed call only 02 billing me near £30 for few min calls I didn't get

with that prefix 0982 it is probably a chat line service...

I know there was few complaints about it in May when I searched and a man commented on my Post on here in May saying he was bill £90 from same number
