Mast in area not working

I moved to O2 from EE in February 2020 and a mast in my area hasn’t been working the entire time. I get no signal at home. I use wifi calling but this is no use for receiving text messages from family members that don’t/won’t use apps. Really not the service I’ve been paying for but I can’t find a way to leave without paying out a load of money. Really disappointing service.

Hi @Aly30n - sounds like EE is a better option in your area, tbh.

Two things:

1. SMS over WiFi due in early 2022 on O2 - finally.

2. Download the O2 My Network app and keep using it to pester O2 

And you've probably read the tips in the Community Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

Sometimes, the other network is better...
