Hi my local mast has gone down again and all the O2 phones in the house have 1 bar or no signal, please fix this ASAP! Post code is SO51

http://status.o2.co.uk/ shows o2 know there is an issue as to timescales only o2 will know and they never say.
Just ring customer services when you can and complain that it has gone down again if it has happend recently.
P.s. we are all customers here helping each other

I rang customer services and they said they know about the fault in Romsey and a technician is on his way.
http://status.o2.co.uk/ says "Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working" but it also says
"Normal coverage for Voice, Text and Email (2G)",
"Normal coverage for Mobile Internet (3G)",
"Normal coverage for Mobile Internet (3G900)"
Which just isn't true!

Well no doubt with half the country under water right now the network engineers are fairly busy, I don't expect they will take any longer than necessary to get it fixed.
