02 sent me a text asking if I wanted to add an extra. I applied for an iPad with £0 upfront. As soon as I applied 02 took my full handset payment of over £1000 which was my sons Xmas money for him and my grandson. I have had 4 phone calls with o2 one person actually swore on his life I would get the money back in 3 days then said but if the money leaves your pending payments in your bank 02 won’t refund it!! I am actually suicidal and my support worker who gives me round the clock care is contacting Ofcom if it’s not resolved immediately
