Hi, so every-time I phone O2 they hang up on me? I have 2 numbers in my account, and I want to delete one of the numbers cause it’s not being used no more! Anyone know how to do this? Thanks

can you tell me what number you are using?

just as a reminder the numbers to call us is

202 from your O2 device (must be calling from a O2 sim)
0344 809 0202 from a landline

When you call you will have the option to discuss a unused number. (I believe option 2)

Hi @Amie1 

Sorry, you are having trouble getting through to us, right now our call centres are reduced, and requests to leave us can only be made between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

At 10:00 am tomorrow if you would like to cancel your number follow the instructions on 202 if you do not want to use the automated system when asked the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the dial pad options.

Press 2: For Everything else
Press 4: If you want to leave us / cancel a number.
Press 2: If you want to speak to someone, a security check will take place.
