You can check in My O2 by viewing your bill via this route. It will show on the last page
Or ring customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
(which is probably the quickest way if your bill hasn't been generated yet)

Bill credits are preceded by a minus sign, ie -£21.00 for example.
