Making payments using text messages

Tried to make a payment for facebook using a premium text message payment, but payment was refused even though there is enough credit in my account to cover it and more...

are text payments not allows on O2 or something, or is there a way I can get this service to work properly ??

You may have a premium  bar on the account which customer service can remove for you. Give them a call.

It's limited to a certain amount pcm by some vendors.
