Can anyone advise on the charges if I dial a number in Europe or in the USA from my mobile in the UK?

Can these calls be part of my 'free minutes inclusive package' ?

I know whatsapp is free, but sometimes I need to dial a business land line.

Depending on how many calls you make, a bolt on might help you https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/the-international-bolt-on

@CTD You can also buy credit and use Skype for international calls. Rates are pretty cheap. https://www.skype.com/en/international-calls/United%20States
