I’m due to travel to Majorca and I can’t see if Majorca is included in the European zone and so I can use my phone as if I’m in the U.K. Majorca is in the EU yet an o2 advisor has confused me and advised it’s not part of the Europe zone inclusivity. Can someone please clarify if my usage will be free or if I will be charged?

Dont get me started on this.

I once went into a Thomas Cooks, and asked to book a break in Hong Kong (I had vouchers from work) and the "consultant" didn't know where Hong Kong was 😞
