My daughter an I are having terrible issues with O2. We went into the local store in Perth and arranged an upgrade and also to transfer ownership of the number to my daughter as she wanted to start paying for the contract herself. I had one more payment to come off and was advised to cancel my direct debit after the last payment was taken which I did. The shop people told us we needed to call customer services and ask for a transfer of ownership of the number. This process was messed up. We think after several calls with customer services that they wrongly assumed we were moving to another provider so they with issuing a PAC code (spelling?). We did eventually get someone who we thought was going to get this resolved but she failed and admitted that she or any of her colleagues had never seen this before. The number is blocked so I cant access my O2 account to see whats going on. O2 send an access to the number and obviously this doesnt come through. We spoke to someone again last week and were promised a return call which never came. I keep getting messages chasing for a payment - not sue what its for but it started at £69.28 and today the payment demand is £138.56. Absolutely no idea what is going on. Help?
