Made payment over phone but it didn’t specify whether this was for my device plan or airtime plan

Hello

I’ve just made a payment of 400 pound on the 02 automated voice service but I wasn’t given the option of whether this for my device or airtime plan. It was intended for my device plan. I am now worried that I have accidentally paid into my airtime plan.

How do I remedy this?

It will have gone towards your airtime.

The only way you can pay into your device plan is by calling O2
