Hi everyone
I have been abroad past 3 days and had roaming on as misread the cost of £7.2 per MB and have used approx 700MB.So looking at a bill in the thousands £
I really need to know who I can speak to as I really can't afford this, for an honest mistake
My02 hasn't updated yet with the costs, I've just realised now
I don't know where to start I'm completely panicking.

I thought data was capped at £40 each billing month unless you opted out? Or have things changed?

O2 are normally quick in updating.
but like the others have said I thought there was a cap on the amount you can go up to. Unless you tell o2 otherwise.
