All ways to report a loss here @GLF
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/...

Live chat can be accessed from abroad and the phone number given can be called from any phone, anywhere on the world.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Try the live chat link on the complaints link.

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

As you have online access then there are ways to contact O2 using wifi apps. These numbers are free.

If you are covered by insurance you will need to get a local police crime reference number and report it to your insurer within 24 hours.

Hey @GLF Sorry to hear that your handset was stolen. 😞 Just wanted to check how you're getting on as it's been a few days since you last posted?
