be very careful.

Im not saying anything will happen, but i wouldnt want you to do it and the phone ends up not working.

Ive never known it ever happen, but i always urge caution.

A master reset is general when you have tried everything else.

Have you been into a o2 shop as well?

no probs.

but i think that the phone may have a software glitch on it.

when you get phones like of ebay, you cant see any previous history or what has happened with the phone and i think this is why im more cautious.

like i say a master reset should only reset the phone on how you first got the phone, but i dont know if anything has happened or been done to the phone before hand thats all.

Im sure nothing hasnt happened to it, just me being careful
