MMS charges

I shared a contacts details with someone else using my iPhone messaging and have been charged for an MMS - surely this can't be right... can anyone tell me please?

If you sent to multiple contacts then the text is converted to mms

That's strange because I didn't send to multiple contacts ..

I shared Person A's number with Person B then shared Person A's number with Person C.  Finally I shared Person B and Person C's numbers with Person A.

4 separate requests to 'Share contact'

It's the way that O2 handles the texts/shares that's an issue

Call them to see if they are willing to refund you as a GOGW

Thanks for your help - I will because I don’t think the charges are justified in this case... I pay plenty every month already..

However, I can't get through on the phone or by text which is rather infuriating and upsetting as I only shared the contact details at the time as my mother was in a dangerous situation and I was trying to get her help!!
