MMS and data bolt ons

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

I'm on pay monthly and have the all rounder data bolt on. I could have sworn it included a certain number (20?) picture messages a month also. Have I dreamt this as I am getting charged for picture messages and customer services say there aren't any included. Can anyone confirm if it has changed, if there used to be some included, or if I'm going mad and imagined it all?

Cheers!

The all rounder bolt on used to have 20 MMS included on contracts taken out before March 2012. Anything after that had the free MMS removed. Also if you changed your tariff after March 2012 you will have lost them......

Ah, it was the tariff change then, as took the contract out in Aug 11, but changed tariff late ish last year. Never send MMS usually but sent a couple recently and was surprised to see them billed for. Guess I should read the small print when I next mess with my tariff!! Thanks for the replies.
