I couldn’t pay full last months airtime bill nor this months but paid both device payments, talked to o2 and they said as long as you don’t mind services being closed off you can still pay what I owe and continue monthly on the 31st of dec. looked at my account to see I no longer have a plan in place and got a letter saying I will have to figure a way to pay my full phone off. These last two months are the only payments I have missed and my other phone I used last year never missed a payment, I really don’t know what to do I’m worried I’m now not gonna be able to make the full payment they are gonna request, especially when they assured me I could continue payments as normal when I paid the missed months this month.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Edit: I will also tag the O2 online account advisors, but I'm not sure if they can assist. 

@O2Lisa or @O2Daniel, any help here?
