Does anyone else struggle to get through to anyone at all at o2 Customer Services? I have a simple question I want to ask, that my O2 number is not recognised, yet I am being charged a monthly bill!! Anyone got any advice...AURA is basically as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for responding. It would be so much simpler if O2 employed a customer service team. I think they struggle to retain staff unfortunately, and having just upgraded 4 x phones on to o2 i was expecting a fair degree of support. I think I will head over to retention team to see what I can do.

I'm really unhappy with the level of service too, signed up after being offered various discounts - none of which now seem to apply. Wish I had taken more notice. Now I'm a customer I can't get any help. Kind of regretting signing up now.
