Hi, I have 3 numbers registered to the same address so have been advised that I can benefit from loyalty discount but it keeps being rejected. Please can someone help with what layout to use in the text?

 

The online chat person said to do it in this layout. Is this wrong?

Just text "LOYALTY" first and wait for a reply. Then send all phone numbers like this:  07*********, 07*********, 07*********
