Im a o2 customer over 10 years and Im not feel like a value customer ...
No loyalty discount, offer exactly the same like for a new customers.
I upgrade 2 days ago and even Im not eligible for Family Plan. (Me and husnabd on o2 contract, son o2 top up). Where is a point stay loyal with o2.
Im feel disappointed

There are plenty of loyalty discounts to be had if you wait for discounts before upgrading. You also get Priority, O2 Open and Refresh.
O2 won't give discounts though just because you request them. It's the same for everyone, no matter how long you have been a customer.

I currenly have a loyalty discount on my sim only contract.
I am looking to upgrade to a new 12 month sim only contract (i am eligable to updrade) - will my loyalty discount be carried forward?
