Loyalty be ???

Im a o2 customer over 10 years and Im not feel like a value customer ...

No loyalty discount, offer exactly the same like for a new customers. 

I upgrade 2 days ago and even Im not eligible for Family Plan. (Me and husnabd on o2 contract, son o2 top up). Where is a point stay loyal with o2. 

Im feel disappointed

Hi @JMS

There are plenty of loyalty discounts to be had if you wait for discounts before upgrading. You also get Priority, O2 Open and Refresh.

O2 won't give discounts though just because you request them. It's the same for everyone, no matter how long you have been a customer.

Out of Curiosity how much is your total o2 spend? As o2 show loyalty to the customers who spend money with them or have influence in Enterprises?

Why can you not get family plan?
If both accounts are at the same address you should be eligible.

Thank you for reply. 

Adviser who I spoke with said I can apply for Family Plan but when I send a message I got an answer Im not eligible for ... adviser should give you a reliable information and thats why I feel disappointed.

I tried but Im not eligible to Family Plan. 

Maybe I do something wrong but I dont think so... sent a message LOYALTY to 21500 another one with LOYALTY plus mine and husband mobile number.

Look at the link I sent you and if you qualify, call customer services on 202 and ask them what you're doing wrong?

I currenly have a loyalty discount on my sim only contract.

 

I am looking to upgrade to a new 12 month sim only contract (i am eligable to updrade) - will my loyalty discount be carried forward?
