Lowering tarriff

Anonymous
Not applicable
Just a quick one, I want to lower my tarriff and I can do this using 'my O2' however I'm coming up to the end of the contract in a few months and the last thing I want is to accidentally extend the length left on my contract.
Suppose I just need a bit of reassurance.
Thanks all

You won't extend your contract by moving tariff. If in doubt though do it via customer service.

If you were taking out a new contract there's all sorts of ways you have to be made aware, so you'll be fine if its just a change of tariff.
