You cannot downgrade tariffs on accounts taken out after March 2012 unfortunately. You used to be able to downgrade by one increment at the mid-point of your contract but that was removed.

And you want to go to a lower monthly plan. Is it ?

Is your contract more than 7 days old ? If Yes, I am not sure if it can be done. Senior members should respond to this.

If No, you can call 202 or go to http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and get in touch with an advisor and change the plan.

It is more than 7 day's old, took it out in 06/2012. I was informed that i may be able to change down in January but i cant see on the website where this option is. I will wait for senior members to reply. Thank you for your responses though.

You can do it in "My O2" no need to call.....
