Low balance message

Anonymous
Not applicable

The system says that my balance is low for both messages and calls (£0.00) but it is also telling me that I have 970 texts available and nearly 220 minutes. This is obviously to do with the way the accounting works, how can I block these irritating and irrelevant message Saying?

You need to contact customer services and ask them to turn off balance notifications If this is what you have issues with) http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
