Hi.
Three weeks in to a new contract,I lost a Galaxy tablet,believed to be left on a plane.No chance to track it as it was in airplane mode.
I phoned o2 to report it,and was told that they would block it and send me out a new sim with the same number to put in an old tablet I have.
This was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not recieved the sim after being told it would take a few days and there's nothing on my account to indicate its blocked,also there is a Tariff charge of £3.26.
Question is should something show on my account indicating it's blocked?

It's not showing when the charge is for just that it is for this month but I know that I have never used it only on wifi at home so I can only assume that it's been used since I lost it.
