I just received my new o2 number but I want to keep by old one. I’m trying to switch but have misplaced my SSN number from the new card so it’s not letting me change it. Is there another way to get this?

It should be printed on the card.

If you can't find it or read it, you'll need a new sim.

On some handsets it will report the Sim Card Number in the advanced details (which will also show your IMEI number).
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
