Lost sim

Hi there, I lost my phone (pay as you go sim) and don't know how I can get a new sim with the same number? Any suggestions how to approach this please?

You call O2 from a landline and order one, you go into a store with photographic ID or you go to o2.co.uk and click shop and get one sent out to you.

You need to ask O2 to block the old one and either send you one out or you can go into an O2 shop and they'll do it for you.
