Hi

 

New phone just bought with new 02 contract to replace existing one. Phone arrived with a new nano sim, which I have lost. I cant get in touch with O2. Tried getting a new nano sim off Amazon but texts to 22202 SWAP dont transmit. Any ideas about what I can do?

Can you not use your old sim?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
