I lost my sim the 02 agent said he has blocked it but it's not blocked as it is still ringing

Check again and make sure it is blocked but I think it will just ring out when blocked.
I had one blocked once and it would ring for ages until a recorded message said "user not available"

Strange, when I blocked my sim it just said not available when I rang. I would call customer service again.
